Afterwork at Abricot was created out of a desire to connect with other fellow female expats living in Paris and the IDF region. I wanted to bring together women from all walks of their expat journey for a drink and some snacks (nachos and cornbread IFKYK) where we can share our adventures and misadventures of life in Paris. 

After some talk with my circle (and some nudging on their part), I approached the ladies of Abricot Bar in the 10th to see if they’d be willing to host a group of women once a month. They thankfully agreed with a resounding oui! And thus, Afterwork at Abricot was born!

Established in April 2023, Afterwork at Abricot Bar in the 10th arrondissement have become a cherished space for women—whether French or from abroad—to connect, unwind, and build meaningful friendships. From our humble beginnings with 35 attendees at the inaugural event, our community has flourished. Each month, an average of 15 diverse women join us, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where new connections are made and support is freely shared.

There are no membership fees or commitments required; simply drop by and enjoy the relaxed, laid-back ambiance. Whether you’re a seasoned expat or new to Paris, or just passing through, join us for an evening of camaraderie and connection. We look forward to welcoming you at our next afterwork!
