We’re having a BABY!
The days has finally come where we can proudly announce to everyone that we’re expecting a little bundle of joy and the ETA is November 1, 2024. AND WE’RE HAVING A GIRL ! We’re slowly getting our spare room turned into a nursery (we’re going with a forest animal theme, focus on owls) and we’ve amassed quite a collection already of baby things thanks to our friends here.
I’ve put together a baby registry of a few things that we’re looking to add to our already growing collection. You can find the list here:
The site is in French (because I’m passing this around to everyone), but I’ve made the titles in English. You have the option to put money towards a specific item or I’ve made a piggy bank option where you can put in whatever you feel is necessary.

If you would like to purchase anything clothing related, I’ll be signing up for their fidelity program, you can check out Smala . Unfortunately, there is no English version for their website. I’d recommend using a web browser that has a translator built in. This website is a second-hand resale site that has a vast collection of clothes for all ages. Some popular brands here are Petit Bateau, Jacadi, Zara, & Boutchou. We’re asking that if you purchase any clothes, start from 3-6 months.

If you would prefer to gift something of your own entirely, that is completely fine and absolutely appreciated ! You are more than welcome to ship it to us. Or if you have found something for when baby is older, we will be home in Ashland late summer 2025.

When mailing items to France, there may be times when certain items are susceptible to taxes or extra fees. Items need to be listed total value of 45€ or less. I also recommend taking off all tags or things that may make the item appear as new and label all items as “used”. There is typically no taxes or fees on sending used items.
